Over 3 hours on the phone with Usaa and still don’t have access to see what has come in and out of my checking account. All because I told Usaa my mom died. Note to others - don’t have joint accounts. If you do, be sure to die first - because the aggravation isn’t worth it. Been a member for 20 years. Crazy! And I’ve talked to 8 different Usaa employees - including 2 supervisors. Truth is - I’m sure Usaa is violating a law at this point.
