I need help

Guys please I need someone to help go about setting up my first ussa account. I have been unable to get this done for months. All I get is for me to link an existing account or card which I don’t have one yet. Now I can’t even do that they want me to call before setting up an account for me that is obviously not cool. Why let me go through the stress from becoming a member and now you can’t give me the benefit of being a member? This act sucks.
