Josh Andrews is the Advice Director for Military Life Advice, Investments and Education and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. In this role, he works to safeguard military members’ financial security by offering solid advice as they make challenging financial decisions.
A native of Cullman, Alabama, Andrews earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and his master’s in financial planning from Kansas State University.
Prior to joining USAA in August of 2011, Andrews served for 11 years on active duty in the USAF. There, he flew the T-38A/C, F-15C and MQ-9. Andrews is currently a lieutenant colonel in the USAF Reserves, where he serves as the director of USAFA admissions for South Texas. A native of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in business administration from the University of Maryland, University College, and her master’s of business administration from the University of Phoenix. Robert Steen is the Enterprise Advice Director for Retirement & Complex Financial Planning. In this role, he serves as the advice expert on retirement planning and management, as well as trust and estate planning.
