SAN ANTONIO – For the second year in a row, USAA Federal Savings Bank (USAA Bank) has been ranked the most reputable U.S. bank in American Banker Magazine’s 2019 Bank Reputation Study.
The study was conducted by the Reputation Institute which calculated the individual ratings from over 12,600 customers and non-customers during a two-month period (March – April 2019) in seven key rational dimensions of reputation. Those areas include products and services, innovation, workplace, governance, citizenship, leadership and performance.
USAA Bank had the highest scores for both customers and non-customers among 40 banks considered in the study.
