USAA Insurance Receives Highest Overall Score from J.D. Power for Property Claims Satisfaction

SAN ANTONIO -- (March 4, 2022) USAA achieved the highest overall score in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Property Claims Satisfaction Study. With an overall score of 893, USAA scored above 17 rank-eligible property and casualty insurance companies. This is the fifth year in a row that USAA has achieved the highest score for property claims satisfaction. * USAA is not eligible to be officially ranked due to USAA’s overall membership requirements.

The J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Property Claims Study is based on responses from 5,724 homeowner insurance customers who filed a claim within the previous nine months. The study was fielded from April through December 2021. The study examined five areas: settlement, claim servicing, first notice of loss, estimation process and repair process.
