Alumni and supporters of USMMA and Foundation receive customized credit card choices
SAN ANTONIO – USAA and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Alumni Association and Foundation announced the launch of a customized credit card program designed especially for alumni and supporters.
The AAF has approximately 18,000 constituents worldwide and is comprised of graduates from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, as well as academy faculty and staff, parents and supporters.
“The alumni association is dedicated to serving and assisting those attending the academy and our alumni. With USAA, we found an organization closely aligned with our mission and core values,” said James Tobin, AAF president and 1977 graduate of the academy. “As a USAA member, I could not be happier to have this relationship with USAA.”
“USAA is proud to be the exclusive provider of credit card services for the AAF,” said Nathan McKinley, USAA vice president of military affinity. “The mission of the academy and the AAF is a noble one, and it is our privilege to serve Merchant Marine officers and their supporters.”
