If the app is not working you can always sign in on the main website. Once you are signed in, click on my account tools and find the section that says documents and forms. Click there and it should show you all your forms you need including one where you can print you cards. If that doesn't work try searching under the my accounts section. Look where it says I want to: then request another id card. Antoher option is to click where it says policy (Not the bill) and there is another tab, that states proof of auto insurance. If none of these work, definitely call USAA and tell them the issues. Hope this helps.
