This is my third post. The email option no longer works after you transfer money. I was unable to get an answer why when I called. If it no longer an option maybe the icon should be deleted.

I am sorry you are experiencing an issue with the app. I have sent your previous posts to the technical team. Have you tried contacting website customer support team (877-632-3002) to see if they can recreate the issue you are having? The more details they have the better equipped they are to fix it!
