Why doesn't Vacations group at USAA recognize my USAA #?


I am consistently being told by the Vacations department rep that my USAA # is invalid even though I've had the same one for 25 years and have Life Insurance, Banking, Investments.  What is wrong with your system that the rep can't figure this out?  When I call the Banking group they verified my ID but can't really help.  Is there a central group at USAA that can actually help me here?
