I just had a representative tell me that "clearly I have misused my account and abused my privelidges" (while is was I'm tears) needless to say I am officially done with USAA. I am completely over the customer service and the judgements by this bank. I am in a very desperate situation and I'm not sure what to do but your company is no help.

I had the same thing happen a month ago. I recommend u call a CEO named Julian and report the person immediately! He told me THAT comment is uncalled for and isnt the way USAA wants to do business. I would tell him the persons name and department . She needs to be fired!
