Will not allow me to use mobile deposit any longer. It says session has timed out when selecting which account to use. Oldversion worked like a champ. LG Intuition. Also, hangs when choosing accounts. Errors and crashes while continously asking for me to sign in. This version is worthless to me now. Hope it gets fixed soon.




1. You should ensure you have the most current version for your phone by visiting this LINK:

2. In addition, possibily (as a last resort), you could delete / remove current USAA Moble App from your phone and re-download / install / set-up new version.


3. Also, you could report your problems with the USAA Mobile App by either calling USAA and/or contact USAA by email (see here for instructions on how).
