I got banned from your insurance products (already addressed in a previous thread.) Their was a mistake with my eligibility, so I called today, Sunday,  and straightened it out with my grandfather right next to me. Yes, I got through to somebody to straighten out my eligibility. But now that i'm some sort of half-way member, the office was somehow  mysteriously closed when I attempted to call and ask why I was banned just an hour later.  Yeah, that's a tad weird. You have diferent customer service for difernt member types? What gives here?  If all else fails, I'll convince my dad to purchase a small policy if this would lift my banishment. I still want to remain loyal to an organization who supports our veterans. I am totally blind, and can never serve, even though I have always had the heart to serve others and my country. Please call, email or the like.
