I am deployes and have been since July, i called and asked to have my intrest lowered on my credit card, i was told that it would happen...... But guess what it didn't I would like to know what i have to do to get someone to fix this so my intrest will get lowered.
You will have to send a copy of your TCS orders. You can use the My Alerts feature to generate an email and upload them with the message you want to lower your credit card rate. I am deploying in a few days and my accounts have already been adjusted.
