USAA/ Our Vacation Center phone representative, Faith xxxx, has been instrumental in helping us with the planning, amending, and finalizing of our upcoming vacation to Scotland. Her diligent and proactive approach to customer service was an immense help to us. Faith has been there, whenever we've had questions, providing hands on support for our every need.
