I've had to call twice. The 1st time was to say I couldn't yet pay my bill. They were awesome and said no problem, you won't be charged a late fee, just get it to us when you can. The 2nd time was to make that payment. The 1sr person was having a bit of trouble so he vet quickly transfered me to someone that could help me and my problem was fixed very promptly. Plus, my auto insurance was cheapest with USAA with better coverage
