We are in Hohenfels Germany and I am finding it imposible to contact USAA through ANY given number. Toll free does not work. I need a German number for account questions please!

I know I told USAA about the issue with their German number not working in most regions about two years ago. Pretty disappointing they haven't bothered to fix it in all that time! Their insurance number usually worked, at least, so I would just ask them to transfer me from there. Still.
