We signed up for the Cigna Dental and a Vision this morning. The family members in our profile are completely out of date, even though e have kept it up to date throughout the years. It has a 50 year old daughter that has been on her own for 30+ years, and another son that does not get Insurance through us included in our profile. They would not let us complete the application unless these people were included in the Family Coverage Plan. I don't understand why we have some family members on one part of our profile and can't get them removed. They indicate different family members under other Insurance coverage, but it is extremely difficult to get this updated. This is not done well!
