Why is it that the chairman of the board at USAA who is a political activist use his position to lean hard to one side of the political spectrum. It just so happens there are customers on both sides so to overtly and covertly support one over the other is very dishonest to many USAA customers. I left GEICO after 16 years for the same reasons. So time to start shopping for a company with neutral politics.


That's good humor. "Customer service". What customer service? I don't think USAA has had customer service a decade. They "know what it's like to serve". That's the biggest misleading marketing solgan I have ever witnessed. Maybe decades ago they did. But now it's all about the mighty dollar, not people....
