Its not really a benefit when USAA asign a company/guy as an auto insurance adjuster is located in Arizona. He never called me back, never came out to the scene of the accident, and never reviewed the pictures. If the other insurance is aggressive, USAA will concede because they have no local agent to fight for you. Kind of shady.
