Hope you get help from USAA. I just learned the hard way that my USAA car insurance policy didn't cover the rental of a "uhaul like box truck." If you're thinking about renting a truck, you might want to accept the insurance from rental company or confirm via email that USAA will provide coverage on a small truck. Good Luck with your move!
