It's understandable to not advertise on opinionated shows. Staying out of politics has been a company value we have enjoyed. What does not cut it is to expect your members to believe this was solely an oversight and an error. You do not need a marketing degree to understand how contracts work. If this situation was not disappointing enough, to expect us to believe otherwise just makes the situation worse. At the very least, I believe USAA should address its members, each of them, with an apology, an actual truth behind their decision, and a list of full disclosure to where our money goes. We deserve at least that. Your members have been fiercely loyal. We deserve the same respect.
