USAA needs to put more emphasis on service rather than their revenue stream. Stop the moranic commercials and have folks that can service the membership 24/7.


Those "moranic [sic] commercials" are meant to attract eligible individuals to join, which will increase membership numbers - that increases the insurance pool, which in the long run helps keep insurance premiums down.
