I was told I do not have access to homeowners insurance because of my discharge of Under Honorable conditions, I am curious why USAA makes that determination, yet I was able to get a VA home loan, if the government sought fit to offer me a home loan I am at a loss as to why USAA won't offer me homeowners insurance.
