I will no longer be a USAA customer soon. Living paycheck to paycheck I can't afford for half of my check to be held every week. USAA said it was because of an automatic payment schedule conflict I had last month. I've deposited the same check for over 18 months without any problems. Struggling to pay bills and now my checks are being held for over a week. Now I can't pay all of my bills and will have further late payments. Thank you for kicking a Veteran when he is down. I will find another bank, insurance company and investment center. I understand "policy" that is monitored by computers cannot be helped. I will now deal with local people in my hometown. Almost 7 years with what I thought was a very good bank. I'm sorry I can no longer do business with you.
