Has anyone else ever tried to fight a credit card charge? I have been a USAA member for 25 years, have never filed a claim or missed a payment. I thought there was a certain sense of loyalty with my relationship with USAA. However, for the first time, I tried to reverse a credit card charge. USAA didn't even respond to me, much l as do anything about it. In other words they are assuming that the most unethical charge in 25 years is going to be more legitimate than the claims of a loyal 25 year customer? Come on. From this point on, I treat USAA like any other company. No more handshake deals. No loyalty. There is really no point to using their credit cards if there, effectively speaking, is no consumer protection.

This was very difficult to read, JasonBEngineer. This certainly doesn't sound like the service we want to provide. I've requested a Subject Matter Expert look into this situation and follow up. Please allow sufficient time for the research to be completed. - Cathleen
