I had a joint loan account with my brother. I had to file bankruptcy not realizing it would affect my brother. I then cancelled the bankruptcy so as to regain my brothers benefits with USAA. After the bankruptcy cancellation, the loan was paid in full. I also had a credit card that I paid the balance off, however USAA has still cut off my benefits and full access to website services. I am transitioning to banking with Navy Federal, they are more friendly and I don't have to have a large bank account to be able to scan deposits, etc. I am also treated more like a human than a number. Thanks Navy Federal.
