Prior to the events of the past few weeks, I never knew the USAA Member Community message boards existed. While posting and reading messages about the Hannity advertising debacle, I started reading many of the other unrelated member messages. It's apparent, USAA has HUGE problems. Customer service is poor, and the message board responses from USAA representatives are redundant, copy/paste, placating BS. There's message after message regarding bad service from USAA -- that alone would make a person want to flee USAA, much less, the events of the past few weeks and lack of USAA leadership.
It's time for USAA to stop advertising on all television and radio and start a massive customer service training overhaul within the company.
