Please do not use USAA if you have dispute they are the worst credit union that I have ever dealt with in my 20+ banking.

I am a grand mother and a member, I have two Military daughter and their husband are members and I have four grand children three Army and one Navy, all Military station all over the world, and the are all USAA Members for life..

I agree. My son lost his life while stationed in japan. I called USAA and informed him of his death with his death certificate. They would not chnage his mailing address and kept sending his mail to Japan. What a messed up coming! never again!
