USAA -- No longer serving those who served!

Dec 5, 2016

USAA has lost sight of its roots -- low risk military members. As a result of this and the desire to apparently cater to everyone, it's no longer the company for me. Despite 30 years of loyal service -- tens of thousands of $$$ in premiums (and 2 minor claims), it's time to look for another insurance company. I got an emailed letter from S. Wayne Peacock (President of USAA) that said my rates were going up AGAIN. Guess what S. Wayne -- if you forget your roots, have a high cost advertising blitz, and insure anyone with a pulse, THAT"S GOING TO HAPPEN!!! Time for the Board of Directors to re-assess his "leadership" and get back to the core tenets of USAA!
