I reported my engagement ring lost about a month ago. Since then I have spoken to 3 different reps about the circumstances. A month later there is still "confusion" per the message left on my VM. After reading some of these post on their poor customer service I'm very disheartened. I don't like I'm being jacked around when our policy clearly states we have coverage for LOST or stolen property. Why have insurance for valuable personal property if you can't use it?
