A minor claim that turned into something terribly inconveniencing after the already horrible situation of the damage to the vehicle from the start. In the end the claim was settled and all I got after all my troubles was oh sorry but the adjuster was right but handled it poorly...So are customers now responsible for core payments? Why isn't this posted on any of the paperwork? What is the point of a claim if in the end the customer has to pay for the work being done when it is covered? At this point in time I am very disappointed in this company and in this service and their employees. I feel that I have been treated very poorly and very disrespected.
