The constumer service at USAA has gone from stellar to laughable. Not only, can you get nothing done, you cannot even get a hold of someone any more. They are almost as bad a verizon. It is a shame and I would recommend people to look elsewhere. They have stopped answer my request to clarify a simple problem. Good luck to all, as you will need it. The president of USAA recently sent out a letter pertaining to the level of service but it continues to get worse.
