I have been meaning to write about our experiences since the hurricane. I have been very pleased with USAA. We hear many horror stories about other compaines coverage. Some USAA employees have gone above and beyond to help us. K---- J----- just happened to be in a USAA car behind us when I jumped out of my car at a red light two days after the storm and asked for his help. I asked if he could file a claim since we had no phones or internet. He took my information and srrived at my house 1 hour later. He just did car claims, but he filed my two cars, my neighbors car and my parent's car! Not only that but he took our information and filed our house claims when he got to an area with phone and internet coverage. this allowed us to get adjusters tp our home quickly. I can't thank him enough.
