Lost my wallet in Germany. Was able to block them online, which was a blessing. Called USAA to have them replaced and thought it would take forever, since I live in Germany. Two days later, the cards are here. Thanks, USAA, for the excellent service, which included expediting the cards by FedEx and waiving the mailing fees. Meanwhile, my wife is still having headaches trying to cancel and acquire a card from the German bank that is next door. So glad that customer service still exists, even for those who are outside the U.S.
