i have had the same bank for 15 years, and am a new USAA member, the service i get from USAA trumps my old bank hands down!! i just moved my auto insurance policy because USAA cut my bill in half, and i had had the same policy for almost 10 years! i have started a savings account and got a secured credit card, and USAA made it all so easy!! I could not be happier with all the guidance, information and help that i have got from USAA!!
