I joined USAA, like many of my cadet peers, when I purchased my first car with my cadet car loan. But, it took me over ten years to realize just what a great company I had behind and with me. I moved everything to USAA.
I've never had a problem USAA could not solve nor have I ever had an issue that was not resolved efficiently and fairly - from the time I backed into a furniture truck and when I refinanced my VA loan , USAA has been steadfast and supportive to me and my family.
