I have been calling for a couple of months now, and holding the line until the call drops. There seem to be not one representative that can help me with the issue of an unresolved charged that was paid off in August. I still have limited access to the USAA website due to a matter that was resolved 5 months ago. Is there anybody at USAA that can help? I'm so frustrated with calling and holding, and getting no help. This by far has been the worst experience since I became a member almost 10 years ago.
