I recently tried to make a payment on my usaa credit card through bill pay on the app. The funds were available and were deducted from my account. A day or two later I check my account and discover that I have two overdraft charges on my account for the amount that was clearly available. On one of the charges they charged a check reversal fee and then charged the payment amount, causing another fee! This is not taking care of the customer and is a horrible way to conduct business. I have many services through usaa and it makes me wonder if I can't trust you with my monetary handling maybe I just can't trust your company.

I've lost trust in USAA also.  Other credit unions are out there that want your business.  I just popped on here to see if I'm the only one that they are jerking around, guess I'm not.  Adios USAA
