Being a usaa member for several years and being in the military, I was extremely happy with usaa. Recently their customer service has not been good at all, I mean I seriously got better service at captain d's fast food yesterday than I have with my bank that handles my finances. The operators are sarcastic and have put off that nice front with the rude sarcastic comments in between. I'm the customer and this is my money and lately usaa has just been horrible with the way the handle situations. I am in the process of switching all my accounts to navy federal and hope to get better real help from them.

I agree, I hope they take everyone's concerns seriously; stop advertising and get back to customer satisfaction. I promise that customer satisfaction is USAAs greatest attribution and what separates them from everyone else.
