I really appreciate the consistent care of everyone I have ever come into contact with from the USAA team! Four months ago I became unemployed and fell behind in making payments on my policy. Not once did I feel harassed, attacked or belittled by anyone from USAA. Tons of folks were calling me about my bills and USAA stood out because of their genuine concern and respect for me as I went through a difficult time. As corny as it sounds, it was like I was calling in to family to let them know where I was at with everything and when they could expect payments (small and large). Instead of making an already stressful and challenging time more unbearable, USAA lifted my spirits by listening and being flexible. I will never forget how blessed I was to be connected with USAA at such a critical time in my life. I know I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my life!!!! Thank you USAA, I may still be temporarily unemployed, but I am certainly grateful for companies like you that still have a heart with employees that are full of integrity! ;-)
