This past holiday season I found it much easier and convenient to make most my purchases online...or so I thought. Sometime during my holiday shopping my credit card was "stolen" and approximately $4,000 dollars of unauthorized charges were racked up. I immediately called USAA and was fully expecting a headache to have the charges remove, but what I found was an understanding and extremely cooperative staff. They took my information, canceled my credit card and sent me a new one; within a couple of days the charges had been corrected! In a world where it feels like you are constantly looking over your shoulder to avoid the next scam it’s nice to know someone has your back. Thanks USAA!
