I've been a USAA member now for over 10 years. I started with just auto insurance however since then I've expanded in to almost every product and service they offer. The customer service I receive from USAA has consistently been top notch and never once have I had a reason to be anything but happy with the service I was provided. I love the way that the online features to manage your account are comprehensive, something many others lack.
Recently I bought a house and USAA again stepped up to the plate making the financing and insurance process seamless, easy, and affordable.
USAA is without a doubt a company that all others should be measured against since they could write the book on providing excellent customer service.
