I am an OPS consultant for a large healthcare company so I a am on the road more than I am at home so I often have allot of out of state charges Recently I just noticed that when I have a large or double charge on my card, I get an automated call from USAA that walks me thru to either approve the charge or be transferred to an operator to inquire further about the charge in question Thus any attempts for erroneous charges are quickly adverted! One call came as I was still in the store! Within seconds of the charge! GREAT SERVICE!
