USAA has compleatly changed how my husband and I do our banking and financial business in such a possitive way that we never want to go back to conventional banking. Customer service is the best I have ever experianced. During a time when my husband was away for school and my 3 children and I being out of town, were at a rental car place and experiencing problems renting a car. Due to very restrictive policy I was unable to rent but I called USAA and asked them for help in using my credit card to secure a vehicle, they extended me a temporary credit increase that I was not due so I would be able to rent a car and stayed on the phone during the entire transaction with the rental car associate to make sure I got USAA discounts and was able to successfully rent a car.
