As the web site continues to deteriorate in form. function and features USAA continues makign the login process even more burdensome and annoying.
I no longer recommend USAA -- rather I direct people away from it actively because it is very clear that USAA just doesn't care.

There is no need to copy and paste this canned response all over the community threads. It would however be amazing if some real improvements were actually attached to the members' feedback.
