I joined USAA during the last year of ROTC (not for the fancy car loan) and have not looked back in over 12 years. Since that time I have been absolutely impressed with their services and products, but more importantly, their people. I have yet to talk with another companies customer service representatives who are USAAs equal. Their knowledge, manners and overall ability to meet my needs is without equal. My wife calls them the Nordstrom of banking and I have to agree. When someone stole my identity USAA was the first to recognize the problem saving me thousands of dollars. The loyalty I feel toward USAA is unparalleled.
