My husband and I joined USAA shortly after we were married in 2000. USAA has been there for us through thick and thin. Unfortunately we have had to use our renters and auto insurance several times. Each time USAA was extremely kind and knowledgable in addition to providing super fast service. My mother sells insurance with a very reputable company, and she has tried to convince me to switch several times. Her company can't beat USAA's rates, but even if they could I still wouldn't switch from USAA. I don't want to mess up a good thing! Sorry mom!
