USAA is becoming famous for poor customer service and not fully paying auto claims

I didn't write the story at this link; a consumer protection organization in San Diego did.   However, it's EXACTLY what has been happening to me.  I'll be severing my ties with this company as soon as the ink is drying on the last of the houses I'm refinancing.
