Well I would begin by appreciating all the effort that every single one had put to accomplish to build such organization as USAA.
I recently moved to California and I had to open an account with ABC Bank and it really hit me when I was told about all the fees and issues you have if you don't make a deposit on a certain period time.
Being a USAA member for years I never had any issue at all of any kind, in fact every time I talk to a representative they are very nice and helpful and not just that but they ask me about how is my family doing. This little things makes a member loyal to the orgarnization.
