The problem with USAA is that their Products/Services, Customer Service Reps, Web Site, iPhone App, & Automated Attendant have set the bar so high that it makes dealing with any other banks very frustrating. I have to deal with two other large banks for work and their Products, Service, Web site, iPhone app, etc. are years behind USAA in development.
I love USAA and everything about it. When I have to experience working with other banks, I'm always thinking to myself, 'if you guys only knew how well this could be done, then you'd realize how bad you really are'. That might not be nice to say, but it's true.
USAA is miles ahead of everyone else in performance and customer experience. Thanks USAA!
